Why I guide
I help people find their higher purpose, because I spent 25 years living someone else's life. On the outside, I was successful. I had a cool career and fun social life, but on the inside, my soul was starving. I was angry and confused.
After doing purpose work in my early 30's, I discovered that my true gift is to inspire and guide people to awaken their purpose and step into creative, passionate, high-impact careers. Since 2012, I have had the privilege to guide thousands of people from over 50 countries on their journey, including entrepreneurs, educators, CEOs, doctors, Catholic Priests, artists, Dalai Lama Fellows and world-class athletes. What I find is that talented professionals often:

Purpose is the Fourth Wave of Capitalism
By Brandon Peele, Conscious Company Magazine (READ)
Wave #1 Entrepreneurship (1776 CE)
The first wave was the free enterprise revolution, launched by Adam Smith's book, Wealth of Nations. This wave ignited entrepreneurial capital throughout the world, radically empowering local business and distributing wealth and power more equitably than feudalism.
Wave #2 Dignity (1842 CE)
The second wave recognized that economic growth must not come at the price of human dignity, making organized labor legal in the landmark ruling of Commonwealth vs. Hunt. The Labor / Socialist movement created new structures that both created more dignified, safer, more abundant lives for workers, AND created consumer demand for more products and services that radically improved the human condition, e.g. washing machines, vaccines, etc.
Wave #3 Sustainability (1962 CE)
The third wave recognized that economic growth must acknowledge the constraints of nature. Rachel Carson's book, Silent Spring, illuminated the ecological costs of unconstrained capitalism.
Wave #4 Purpose (1994 CE)
The fourth wave was the recognition that business is also a vehicle for self-expression. Jim Collins' book, Good to Great, illuminated that humans are not interchangeable parts, that each has a purpose and that businesses will outperform their peers when they create a culture of purpose.

WHAT MY CLIENTS ARE SAYING:
"In 2015, I launched my company, SnapMobile, built a great team, raised a significant round financing, got married and had a child... I love living my life out loud as a husband, father and entrepreneur. My work with Brandon played a pivotal role in creating a purpose-driven life and career."
Andy Mack, CEO, SnapMobile, Chicago, IL
"I'm feeling the subtle changes from my purpose discovery work. I am awakening to my purpose everyday. The fact that I quit smoking cold turkey after 40 years is one of the changes... I think this purpose discovery work is amazing and should be shared worldwide."
Kerry P., Syracuse, IN
"As a result of my purpose discovery work, I've taken a stand for at-risk children in my county, identifying the 200 most at-risk K-12 youth, matching them with tutors to empower them to be the very best they can be. I'm helping those who have been left behind academically, and have fallen through the cracks of the school system, to get the most of their life and explore opportunities for a meaningful livelihood."
